Debriefing Call Center Officer SBMPTN 2017

A total of 65 officers who have been selected through the selection of SBMPTN call center officers in 2017 for two days follow the activities of Call Center Operator Training SBMPTN 2017, held by the committee PMB UNY in the building Internet Service Student UNY (LIMUNY) UPT Computer Center.

Training takes place on Saturday and Sunday 18 and 19 March 2017. That is approximately one month before new student enrollment SBMPTN opened. Because according to the schedule set by the SBMPTN central registration committee online will be opened on April 11, 2017.

The training was started at 07.00 WIB and officially opened by Prof. Dr. Rochmat Wahab, M.Pd., M.A. Rector of Yogyakarta State University besides giving speech and briefing. Furthermore, the first session delivered the material in the form of call center training (how to receive the phone in prime) by the call center manager of Bank BNI.

Although quite long duration of time but the participants look very enthusiastic karrena interspersed also with practice materials directly as a call center officer. From the attitude to the intonation of how to receive calls from callers.

Then after the afternoon rest continued with material SBMPTN payment system by resource persons from Bank BNI and Bank Mandiri.

On Sunday the participants were given explanation material about the discipline as call center officer and also explanation about call center software and Hallo SBMPTN application. Not to forget also the participants are given time to practice or simulation using the service call center SBMPTN 2017.

This training is held, of course, to prepare every human resources of SBMPTN call center staff to be more ready and become the recipient of all SBMPTN problems through call center service. Of course the service serves all areas in Indonesia related SBMPTN which will soon be open registration.

So it is very important because UNY become a trusted place as the organizer of SBMPTN 2017 call center later.
